Project Overview

A ground-up, two-story, 40,000 SF facility designed to support both truck rental operations and full-service maintenance. The first floor features 13 truck service bays, a dedicated wash bay, a lube equipment room, a tire carousel, and expansive parts storage. A welcoming reception area and driver’s lounge provide comfort and convenience at the front of the building. The second floor houses operational offices, a conference room, training room, break room, and locker rooms to accommodate Ryder’s team. Constructed with architectural metal panels, masonry block, and exterior glazing, the facility combines durability with a modern aesthetic. The site offers over 120 parking spaces for tractor trailers, box trucks, and rental fleet vehicles, along with a two-lane fuel island supported by a 20,000-gallon tank.
