Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed Phases I and II of construction at the 700,000 SF Riverview Technology Park in Billerica, MA. The renovation transformed the complex, originally built in 1975, into modern steel-framed buildings featuring brick, metal, and glass panel exteriors. The updated facilities are designed to support R&D, office, high-tech manufacturing, light assembly, and warehouse/distribution uses.
