Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of a 450,000 SF distribution and storage center with associated office space for the Potpourri Group (PGI) in Littleton, MA. The steel-framed building was clad with urethane insulated metal panels and featured 18 loading dock doors, six compactors, and parking for up to 15 tractor trailers. The office area included a call center designed to seat 100 service agents. Conveniently located near Routes 495 and 2, this new facility supported PGI’s relocation and expansion, creating over 100 new jobs and stimulating the local economy.
