Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 50,000 SF data center renovation for Network Plus in Braintree, MA in under six months. The project involved a comprehensive upgrade of the company’s existing “Butler” building, including new roofing, side panels, parking lot improvements, drainage systems, and extensive landscaping. Mechanical system enhancements featured three 400-ton air-cooled chillers and 34 interior cooling zones. Electrical upgrades included the installation of two 2,000 KVA transformers, two 400-amp busways totaling 8,000 amps, two diesel generators (2,000 KVA and 2,500 KVA) with dual 5,000-gallon fuel tanks, four DC power plants, and a new fire alarm system.
