NEREJ Completes L3 Facility

Project Overview

Integrated Builders has completed interior construction and fit-up of a 200,000 s.f. office and manufacturing facility for L-3 Communications. In addition to 60,000 s.f. of office fit-out, Integrated also installed new HVAC, bathrooms, a 4000 AMP electric service, waste treatment, compressed air, and vacuum systems. This location served as a consolidation building for the L3 ESSCO Radome Plant and L3 Wolf Coach. Equity Industrial Partners was the developer.
