Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the historic renovation of the 20,000 SF Kendall-Crescent “Town Barn” located at 235 Cypress Street in Brookline, MA. Originally constructed in 1880 and 1920, the two refurbished buildings were restored and built out to serve the local medical market. The exterior features rich red brick and period-authentic details, including a slate roof with copper trim and gutters. Inside, the buildings were modernized with new elevators and updated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
