Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 167,000 SF tenant fit-up and warehouse addition for DS Graphics, a digital printing facility. The project began with the exterior demolition of an existing one-story building, including removal of landscaping, roof decks, loading docks, and the parking area. Integrated Builders constructed new interior spaces featuring private offices, an open office area, a warehouse, breakroom, conference rooms, café, reception, and customer areas. The exterior façade was enhanced with tinted glass along the front and a new loading dock area. Additionally, all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the building were fully upgraded.
