Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of a 93,000 SF, three-story CubeSmart self-storage facility. The structural steel-framed building houses 676 climate-controlled storage units and includes two elevators for convenient access. Office space was incorporated on the first floor to support on-site operations.
