Project Overview

Integrated Builders also delivered a 9,000 SF Recreation Center that temporarily functioned as the Club House. The scope included construction of a pool, tennis courts, and upgrades to the site’s sewage treatment plant, which services the entire property and its 130 homes. Infrastructure improvements featured one mile of new utilities and roadwork. The facility itself offers men’s and women’s locker rooms, cardiovascular fitness and aerobics areas, and a dedicated children’s recreation center. Several aesthetic enhancements, including a covered bridge and new landscaping, further elevated the setting’s appeal and functionality.
