Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the Club House at Black Rock Golf Community, a 43,000 SF facility featuring a 180-seat dining room with a full-service kitchen and a 200-seat grill room. The design also included spacious men’s and women’s locker rooms, as well as an underground storage area for 77 golf carts. High-quality finishes throughout the clubhouse included hardwood floors, plush carpeting, and cherry wood trim. The exterior facade, composed of naturally stained shingles and stone masonry, complemented the course’s rural and rustic setting.
