Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the shell construction and new parking lot for AdvantEdge Solutions. The project included site utilities, grading, drainage, paving, landscaping, and installation of a new storefront. For the interior, Integrated Builders finished a 38,000 SF fit-up featuring an open office layout with high multi-tiered ceilings, multiple conference rooms, and a new break room. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work included a new HVAC system with 11 rooftop units, new gas service, and an electric room. The project was completed with comprehensive landscaping to enhance the site.
