Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 6,200 s.f. upscale grocery store and restaurant called Zathmary’s Market.  Renovations included new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The building’s industrial feel was retained with exposed joists and painted ceilings. Integrated coordinated an extensive mill work package with equipment provided by Zathmary’s. The exterior involved the addition of a new canopy and storefront.
