Project Overview
Integrated Builders demolished the interior of the building the Sunset Lake Apartments in Braintree, MA are located in, leaving only the structure as the platform for all new systems and components to be installed in order to accommodate the apartment style layout. Originally a nursing home, this space now hosts 27 upscale units with one and two-bedroom options. Each apartment offers open floor plans, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer. Additionally, the community features all new entrances, elevators, stair-wells, windows, and roofs. Notably, a water recharge system was installed under the parking lot to pre-treat roof and parking lot water discharge back into the soil.
