Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a multi-phase, 30,000 SF interior demolition and build-out project. The challenge was to execute the work without disrupting ongoing operations. The project included constructing specialized laboratory spaces focused on developing solutions for skeletal tissue repair and regeneration, along with new executive offices, conference rooms, and training areas. The facility remained fully occupied throughout all phases of construction.
