Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 14,000 SF renovation for Stride Rite Investment Corporation’s Saucony Innovation Center/Performance Lab in Lexington, MA. The renovation focused on enhancing shoe design capabilities by creating spaces where the design team could collaborate directly with athletes to test and improve footwear quality and comfort. This specialized workspace was integrated within full view of corporate offices and client conference rooms. The project was completed in just six weeks while the building remained fully occupied.
