Project Overview

Delivering construction management services for REXA, Inc.’s new 112,000 SF corporate headquarters and advanced manufacturing facility in Middleborough, Massachusetts. The facility consolidates REXA’s engineering, design, and manufacturing operations under one roof. The building includes approximately 20,000 SF of two-story office space and a high-performance manufacturing area designed around a 74' x 56' bay grid with 32-foot clear heights, plus multiple loading docks and overhead doors to support efficient workflow from receiving through shipping. Target completion is summer 2026.
