Project Overview

Integrated Builders is currently constructing a 255,000 SF state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for an advanced tech company at Quonset Business Park in North Kingstown, RI. Scheduled for completion in Summer 2026, the project features a 300' x 850' pre-engineered metal building designed to support high-bay manufacturing and warehouse operations. With a wide column bay at 85’ x 100’ and supporting 100’ bridge cranes.  The facility features a fully customizable interior fit-out, complete with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, designed to meet evolving production needs. This facility reflects a strong focus on flexibility, scalability, and performance, supporting cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing well into the future.
