Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction of the main campus for Lovell Academy, a residential and academic facility serving 132 student-athletes. The building features eight classrooms, a science lab, an art/music room, and two study centers on the ground floor. The second and third floors include residential wings, each with eleven double rooms and a chaperone suite per team, accommodating six athletic teams in total. Additional amenities include a full-service cafeteria, two large student lounges, a health center, and a recreation area with outdoor access—providing a comprehensive live-learn environment for student-athletes.
