Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a new retail development, Leominster Village, for The Growth Company of Chestnut Hill. The fast-track development involved the transformation, and nearly doubled the size of the former Plotkin’s Manor House Furniture Store. The multi-retail complex now totals approximately 28,000 SF. Leominster Village is home to such favorites as Starbuck’s, SuperCuts, and Mattress Giant. In addition, a concept restaurant new to the region, The Bear Rock Cafe, celebrated its introduction to the area and offers a speedy and healthy alternative to fast-food chains.
