Project Overview
Integrated Builders completed the construction of an 80,000 SF production facility for Jabil Circuits in Billerica, MA, specializing in printed circuit boards and computers. The project included a large process piping plant supporting nitrogen, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum lines, and DI water. Additionally, 130,000 SF of new office space was built, featuring two elevators, an atrium, and a computer room. The building received a new roof with HVAC units and electrical switchgear. Integrated Builders also significantly transformed the exterior with new windows, glass curtainwall entrances, updated loading docks, and a freshly painted façade. Mechanical upgrades included replacement of the main building’s cooling tower and chillers, as well as installation of a new fire alarm system.
