Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a fast-tracked exterior renovation for Intrum Corporation at 180 Wells Avenue in Newton, MA. Despite a tight five-month schedule and an active, fully occupied multi-tenant building, the team delivered a high-impact transformation with minimal disruption. Scope of work included the removal of existing concrete fins, installation of temporary walls to protect tenants, and a complete exterior re-skin featuring a three-story curtain wall system, decorative ACM panels, and upgraded lighting. Utility lines were strategically relocated to accommodate future landscaping, and the project was capped off with the creation of a tiered courtyard featuring integrated seating and fire pits - offering both functionality and a refined outdoor experience.
