Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 194,000 SF renovation for Fireking Baking Co. in Braintree, Massachusetts, transforming a vacant industrial space into a fully functional commercial bakery. The project included façade improvements with insulated metal panels, new windows, and a branded awning. Interior construction encompassed a new production area, storage space, administrative offices, locker rooms, and restrooms. Notably, an oversized freezer and cooler, as well as a flour silo, were installed. The building was outfitted with new heating, cooling, plumbing, gas, and compressed air systems, along with updated sprinklers, LED lighting with controls, and new loading docks to support deliveries.

FireKing Bakery’s Production Facility
