Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 20,000 SF facility for Dell/EMC, featuring new electrical and mechanical areas. The project included installation of chilled water piping and conduit beneath the floor, a new 2,500 KVA switch, and a 2.5 MG generator. Electrical upgrades comprised a 4,000 A main board, four distribution switchboards, four sections of 500 KW UPS units, and eight PDUs with remote controls. Mechanical systems included three 200-ton chillers with glycol, six pumps, two AHUs for the electrical room, five 16-CRM Liebert units, and 22 five-ton in-row cooling units.
