Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a $2.5M renovation of a 30,000 SF Class-A flex/office space at 295 Foster Street in Littleton, MA for DCS Corporation, consolidating their Harvard and Waltham offices into one location. The project team, alongside Maugel Architects and RDK Engineers, delivered major infrastructure upgrades including all-new HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical systems, and executed specialized modifications to support DCS operations. Scope highlights included demolition of a 30-foot-high section of exterior brick wall, removal of a 1,000 SF section of the second floor to accommodate large U.S. Army vehicles, and installation of two containment tanks to capture corrosive chemicals and garage runoff.
