Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 56,000 SF multi-phased expansion of Control Delivery Systems' existing headquarters, which included a 4,000 SF addition. The project added pharmaceutical-grade labs, clean rooms, production areas, and all new mechanical and electrical systems. The expansion also incorporated new offices, a cafeteria, a gymnasium, and conference rooms. All construction was carefully executed while the facility remained fully occupied and operational.
