Project Overview
Integrated Builders completed the repositioning of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility originally constructed in 2010 by Evergreen Solar. The property was demised to support two tenants while preserving its specialized infrastructure and critical building systems. As part of this complex scope, our team redistributed 40 megawatts of redundant power and reallocated major central plant equipment between the tenant areas, including five 1,000-ton Trane centrifugal chillers with cooling towers, three 350 HP and two 150 HP air compressors, and three 350 HP and one 150 HP boilers. The building management system (BMS) was brought online and reprogrammed to reliably support multiple users.
