Project Overview

Integrated Builders completed a 127,500 SF tenant fit-up for Aspect Software on the first and second floors of 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, MA. The new space featured conference rooms, private offices, open work areas, break rooms, training rooms, and common spaces. A major focus of the project was the Data/IT Center—the operational core of Aspect Software. This critical area included the installation of a generator, UPS system, Liebert dry cool unit, and a robust electrical infrastructure. The entire project was completed on an accelerated four-month schedule.
