Following up on our Monday post recognizing our Werfen project, a 169,000-SF advanced R&D facility in Bedford, MA, recognized in the New England Real Estate Journal's 2025 Top Projects Spotlight, this drone footage captures the transformation from start to finish.
Delivered by Integrated Builders in collaboration with Maugel DeStefano Architects and Northstar Project & Real Estate Services, this facility strengthens Werfen’s campus and supports life-saving diagnostics.
