Integrated Builders has successfully repositioned a 139,445 SF light manufacturing facility along University Avenue into a fit-out ready ‘white box’ environment designed to attract a premier Science & Advanced Technology tenant.
The scope included full interior demolition, removal of two mezzanines, and a revitalized façade and vestibule, blending light industrial roots with a sleek, technology-forward design tailored to the needs of life sciences and advanced tech industries.
