This ground-up 600,000 SF distribution facility in Westminster, Massachusetts, for Equity Industrial Partners and Seefried Industrial Properties on behalf of The Home Depot. The project was designed to support high-volume logistics, streamline product movement, and provide long-term operational flexibility. Key features include multi-modal truck and rail access, a secured site perimeter, a fully backed-up electrical system with generator support, and a new Welcome Center to manage site access and operations.
