Integrated Builders is proud to announce that we’ve been selected to perform extensive site work and future façade improvements at 10–30 Manley Way in Watertown.
✨ Phase 1: Sitework, stormwater upgrades, and a new electrical room.
✨ Phase 2: Structural steel enhancements, façade upgrades with sleek metal panels, and selective interior improvements.
This project represents a comprehensive repositioning effort, modernizing both the exterior and interior to create a more functional and future-ready environment.
