Proactive Design leads to Durable Results

We’ve just implemented a new isolated trench drain system—a proactive solution to address premature deterioration that’s been observed around trench drains at other locations nationwide.
Our team at Integrated Builders recommended isolating the drain from the rest of the slab placements by creating a dedicated concrete collar around the drain. Working closely with the design team and slab consultants, we coordinated specifications for rebar and drop slab thicknesses to ensure long-term durability and performance.
Today, this strategy moved from concept to reality on site! Proud of our collaborative approach to problem-solving and commitment to delivering lasting results for our clients.
