New project kickoff with our repeat client Werfen:
February 3rd, 2026
8,000 SF manufacturing floor expansion. With the manufacturing area required to remain fully functional throughout construction, the work is being executed through careful phasing and detailed planning, including demolition of the partition separating the existing manufacturing floor from the former office area, along with selective demolition within the active manufacturing space to minimize disruption. We’re currently 90% complete with the initial demolition phase and looking forward to infilling concrete, building walls, and MEP roughs.
