Collaboration was critical to keeping this repositioning project moving forward.
Given the pace of the work and the volume of field coordination required, execution took on a design/build-style approach, with direct collaboration between subcontractors, the end user, and the project team to resolve issues quickly and maintain progress. More than 40 RFIs were managed throughout the project, underscoring the level of coordination needed to turn the vision into an operational space while protecting the path to occupancy.
Proud to see it recognized as a 2026 People’s Choice Award nominee.
