We’re making progress at Gill Research Park in Hingham, MA for the new ground-up 90,000 square-foot self storage facility. The building is 3-stories high, consisting of 710 storage units, 2-elevators, and office space on the first level. The entire building is climate-controlled with a full security monitoring system. The overall project sits adjacent to another 20,000 square-foot warehouse building also under construction by Integrated Builders.
