Integrated Builders announced it has finished the structural steel component on the 40,000 S.F. Prime Ford dealership in Auburn, Massachusetts. The construction is on behalf of Prime Motor Group Owner and CEO David Rosenberg who owns several dealerships in the region. Integrated Builders’ team includes Project Manager Brian Kidder, Project Superintendent Michael Croteau, and Assistant Project Manager Barbara Frazier who are in collaboration with Prime’s Director of Facilities Joe Rose to ensure success. The Curtis Architectural Group is responsible for the modern and functional design as well as civil engineers Kelly Engineering Group, Inc., structural engineers Flood Consulting, and MEP/FP engineers CBC Engineering.
The new Prime Ford is constructed with a structural steel frame. The construction team has started to install silver composite on the exterior, and an attractive arched entrance based on the brand’s Design Intent Directive. The façade boasts a twenty-five foot curtain wall at the showroom, while the inside will feature reception, showcase area for vehicles, and offices for sales and administrative staff. In addition, the construction team will install a training room and small area for retail sales as well as a customer lounge with a café for convenience. There is a service center located in the rear of the building that includes 6 wide drives with rolling overhead doors for ease-of-access. There are 20 service bays that will feature lifts and a full car wash area. In addition, there are core restrooms with lockers and a 3,000 square-foot mezzanine for addition storage.
The new Prime Ford will be located at 774-780 Washington Street in Auburn, Massachusetts. It is situated near Interstate 90 and Route 290 making it a convenient location for car shoppers in the Metro West and Central Massachusetts region.
