The headquarters was expanded with a structural steel frame. Integrated added terracotta panels and glass curtain walls on the exterior, and installed aluminum panels to the existing building to achieve a modern appearance. The expansion was connected to the main office with a two-floor glass encompassed corridor. The new interior features individual offices, conference rooms, and collaborative work stations. Integrated built-out a full commercial kitchen with cooking hoods and cold storage as well as a dining room. There was a new entrance and reception area created to enhance first impressions. The headquarters also received new landscaping and hardscaping, and an outdoor patio with wall seating and a barbecue center. In addition, there were 395 new parking spaces created including charging stations for electric vehicles, and an aluminum picket fence was installed around the perimeter.
