Integrated Builders, a firm that specializes in construction management services for clients in the New England region, announced that it has completed a 30,000 s.f. interior renovation at 100 Cambridge Park Drive in Cambridge, Ma. The asset is a 5 floor, 136,000 s.f. Class A office building that is owned and operated by 100 Cambridge Park Investors, LLC.
The project scope includes significant renovations to the first, second, and third floor common areas as well as upgrades to all lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and elevators. The firm implemented a pulp glass wall system and custom wooden identity walls to modernize the interior of the office building. In addition, the building’s MEP/FP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection) systems were updated and improved.

Integrated Builders’ Project Manager Bob Purdy, Superintendent Mike Croteau, and Assistant Project Manager Barbara Frazier led the renovation project while working closely with Gensler Architects to deliver the updated space.
100 Cambridge Park Drive is located adjacent to the Alewife MBTA station, the space offers access to surrounding amenities including a full-service While Foods café and Trader Joe’s. It also features an on-site fitness center and childcare area. The building’s current notable tenants include Cambridge Systematics, Cambridge Savings Bank, ICF International and Modo Labs.
