Integrated Builders has officially broke ground in Bridgewater, MA at the Lakeshore Center Development. Great to be partnering with Claremont Companies and studio TROIKA on this new 103,000 square-foot warehouse and flex space, that includes extensive land clearing and sitework.
The construction management team includes project manager Tom Childs, assistant project manager Barbara Fraizer and project superintendent Peter Heinrichs who are carrying out the services on behalf of the developer. Architectural design was provided studio TROIKA.
