Integrated Builders is renovating Philips Lifeline’s headquarters in Framingham, Mass. The team is completing work at two separate buildings: 111 Lawrence Street and 1 Clarks Hill. The $750,000 project is expected to be completed in August 2014. Dean Kelliher, Project Manager at Integrated Builders and Greg Webster, Superintendent at Integrated Builders will lead the team to complete the project on time.
In April, the Integrated Builders team began installing new carpet and painting throughout the first and second floors of the building at 111 Lawrence Street and similar work started on floors one through three at 1 Clarks Hill. As employees are remaining in both buildings during the renovation process, the Integrated Builders team is taking a multi-phase approach and working at night to avoid interfering with employee work schedules.
