Integrated Builders Inc. has begun construction on 10 Oceana Drive in Canton, MA. This project consists of a 40,000 square foot (sf) office building that will receive over $1.5 million dollars in renovations.
Integrated Builders Project Manager Bob Purdy will work with Superintendent Colin Little and owners Equity Industrial Partners throughout the renovations and will lease 10,000 sf of this space to the first tenant, The Pulse Network. The Pulse Network is expanding their space in Canton, MA and is excited to be the first tenant in this new renovated space.
The Pulse Network provides a cloud-based platform focused on content marketing and event solutions. The Company helps clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small and mid-size companies boost awareness, drive lead generation and enhance client engagement through content marketing, campaign management and event registration with a social and digital backbone.
Maugal Architects Jonathan Crocker and Sarah Cormier will be working on the design aspects of the space, which will also include renovations for current tenant fit up.

The renovations will include new windows and entrances to the facility, along with new bathroom cores and elevators to make working and moving throughout the building easier for tenants. Furthermore, new HVAC systems will be installed throughout the facility to help provide it with a more energy efficient system.
With Canton, MA seen as a growing market, the 10 Oceana Drive renovation project will provide useful space to companies looking to move to the area and/or expand their footprint near the new Westwood Station Project on University Ave in Westwood, MA that will be a vibrant new destination featuring 2 million square feet of retail, office, residential and hotel uses.
