Integrated Builders has begun construction on a 40,000 square foot (sf) space for CTM Group Inc. (CTM) at 9 Northeast Blvd in Salem, New Hampshire. The project is valued at $800,000.
Integrated Builders Superintendent Bob Mooney will work with Project Manager Sean Burgess on the work which includes a 12,000 sf corporate headquarters for CTM with the remainder of the building being utilized as production space for the company.
CTM creates memories with children’s entertainment and is a leading owner and operator of kiddie rides and penny presses in the U.S.
“This space is exactly what our company needs,” said Tom Coco of CTM. “Both the new headquarters and production space will allow CTM to continue to grow and increase the value we provide to our customers.”
The construction project will include demolition as well as structural, masonry, and glass work. Finishing work will consist of the installation of a sprinkler and fire alarm system, plumbing, electrical, and a new HVAC system throughout the facility to help make the building more energy efficient.
“Our team has been hard at work on the 9 Northeast Boulevard property for many years,” said Jay Dacey, President of Integrated Builders. “With the delivery of this space to meet CTM’s needs, we will have successfully completed a build out of 600,000 sf in just four years.”
