Integrated Builders announced that it has been selected to construct a 53,000 square-foot (S.F.) Porsche automobile dealership on behalf of Herb Chambers Companies in Burlington, Massachusetts. The Integrated Builders team includes Project Manager Tony Iannotti, Project Superintendent Michael Croteau, and Assistant Project Manager Kim Sheehan who will work with Director of Construction and Facilities John Welch from the Herb Chambers Companies. In addition, the team will collaborate with The Regent Associates Inc. of Natick, MA who will provide the architectural design for the new state-of-the-art facility, civil engineers Williams & Sparages, structural engineers Johnson Structural Engineering, Inc., and MEP engineers Vlachos Associates, Inc.
The sitework portion of the project began late-December 2019 with an anticipated completion to be in November 2020. Herb Chambers Porsche Burlington will be constructed with a concrete foundation, steel-structured and aluminum/glass-clad, fully adhered-roof. The showroom will include a welcoming reception area, and offices for sales and administrative staff. There will be a training room and small area for retail sales. In addition, the firm will construct a customer lounge. The building will have a full basement which will act as vehicle storage with a capacity of storage.
Most notably, the new Porsche dealership has incredible visibility and will be located at 64 Cambridge Street Burlington, Massachusetts. It is situated near Interstate 95 and Burlington Mall Road, making it a convenient location for shoppers in the North Shore Region.
