This project consists of a 167,000 s/f complete tenant fit-up for a new state-of-the-art facility for DS Graphics, a digital printing company in Massachusetts. The design/build renovation consists of modifying an existing warehouse space, a new addition and exterior shell and site work improvements.
Integrated Builders’ work includes the demolition of the existing exterior facade with construction of a new glass window framed building exterior. In addition, new MEP systems will be installed.
