Josh Ryburn is a Senior Project Manager at Integrated Builders with 15+ years of experience delivering complex work across high-rise residential, student housing, life science, and mission-critical data center projects nationwide. He has led teams from award through turnover and Certificate of Occupancy, with strengths in organization, client relations, team leadership, and deep technical expertise in MEPF design and construction. Josh’s most complex assignment to date is the Fig & Pico Conference Center and Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, a 37-story dual-branded Marriott (AC/Moxy) featuring 727 guestrooms, 11,000 SF of retail, 13,000 SF of meeting space, 5 commercial kitchens, 12 restaurants, and a 15,000 SF exterior LED screen. He holds a BS in Facilities and Environmental Engineering (Massachusetts Maritime Academy) and an Executive MBA (Pepperdine), is pursuing an MS in Urban Planning and Community Development (expected Spring 2027), and maintains OSHA 30/10, AEE CEM, and MCAA IPM certifications. Off site, he’s usually golfing, skiing, hiking, or with his family. |
