Over the course of his career, Craig has successfully led numerous commercial projects, including the 200,000 SF ground-up industrial warehouse at 135 Brook Street in Worcester; 800,000 SF of concrete tilt-up logistics buildings at BlueStar Business Park in Norton, completed over three years; the 110,000 SF multi-floor expansion at Two Wells Avenue in Newton; and major laboratory and clean room projects for Cabot Industries, MIT, Shire Bio Labs, and Allegro Micro Systems.
