As Project Superintendent at Integrated Builders, Herb leads day-to-day field operations through close coordination with subcontractors, project teams, and clients to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. He oversees site logistics, monitors progress, manages scheduling and budget priorities, and maintains the high level of jobsite organization and safety that defines successful project delivery. ?️ With more than 20 years at Integrated Builders, Herb brings a steady, experienced presence to every project and a deep understanding of how to navigate complex construction challenges in the field. His project experience includes the 600,000 SF The Home Depot Bulk Distribution Center in Westminster, as well as multiple assignments for Lovell Academy in Rockland, including the Lovell Ice Arena and a three-story dormitory and learning facility. Known for his practical approach and strong field leadership, Herb also plays an important role in mentoring newer members of the field team, helping develop the next generation of superintendents, and passing along the knowledge and standards he has built over two decades with the company. |
