Len Paoletta is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 20 years in project management and 15 years as a superintendent across commercial, residential, retail, academic, and healthcare sectors. He specializes in value estimating, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor negotiations, and contract management. Len’s extensive experience in both new construction and renovation projects provides him with a well-rounded perspective on construction management. His deep knowledge of job sites allows him to effectively negotiate detailed scopes of work and manage budgets and schedules with precision. Len holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Engineering Technology, a Boston ABC Builders license, and a Massachusetts Unrestricted Supervisor’s license. Outside of work, he enjoys tackling construction projects at home, playing golf, skiing, spending time at the beach, and enjoying quality time with family and friends. |
