Jeff Koehler is an experienced Estimator with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. In his role, he ensures the financial feasibility of projects by providing accurate and realistic cost assessments. Jeff plays a key part in evaluating the cost and resource requirements for construction, specializing in developing detailed estimates based on project plans and specifications. He uses takeoff and quantity surveying techniques, working closely with team members and soliciting subcontractor bids to ensure comprehensive cost analysis.

Throughout his career, Jeff has worked across a wide range of market sectors, including residential, educational, aviation, healthcare, industrial, life sciences, and nonprofit. His experience spans various areas of the industry, from project management and field operations to preconstruction. Known for his strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, Jeff brings these qualities to every project he tackles.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in management and finance, along with a 30-hour OSHA Certification and a Construction Supervisor License. He has a deep passion for architecture, design, and real estate. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling, skiing, and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness.
