As the Vice President of Business Development, Ryan plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and strengthening our presence in the industry. Ryan is deeply engaged in fostering long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders, ensuring that Integrated Builders remains a trusted and preferred partner. Beyond Business Development, Ryan works closely with the project teams to align client expectations with seamless project execution, ensuring a successful delivery and complete satisfaction. Additionally, Ryan collaborates with the marketing team to craft compelling RFP responses and dynamic presentations that effectively showcase the expertise, innovation and commitment to excellence. Ryan holds a degree in Marketing and is currently advancing his expertise by pursuing a certificate in construction estimating. Outside of his work in business development, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, and embracing opportunities for continuous learning. |
